All new clients are required to book a consultation prior to receiving any facial treatments. However, there is an option for you to receive a consultation and facial on the same day. Just make sure when booking an appointment that you choose the option where it says "New Client Consultation + Custom Facial".

Once you have booked an appointment, please log in or create an account in the patient portal to access any necessary information or paperwork that needs to be filled out prior to your appointment. If you are coming in for a New Client Consultation, please have a list of skincare product you use at home for the provider to review. 

The cost for a treatment regimen will vary from person to person, however, the average cost ranges between $300-$1,500. Each individual's needs and budget will always be taken into consideration when curating a treatment plan. However, we will not shy away about being realistic when it comes to the product and/or services that it will take for you to reach a skin goal. We offer payment plans for this specific reason, so please come to your appointment open-minded so we can give you the best possible outcome. 

Once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel/reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a charge of $50. If you no-show, you will be charged the full amount of the service cost. 

At Skin Glow Aesthetics, all sales are final. You may not return or exchange any product or service. If you have a faulty product, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will exchange it for you in person. 

Skin Glow Aesthetics requires a $50 deposit on all appointments. The deposit is nonrefundable, however, it can be applied towards a same-day service (if applicable), or subsequent appointment. Clients are able to reschedule their appointment up to two times before a new deposit is required.
