Upon arriving to your appointment, you will need to fill out any necessary paperwork before beginning your session. To expedite this process, you may fill out this paperwork prior to your appointment in your patient portal.

Once the provider reviews your paperwork, they will then cleanse and assess your skin. Your provider will utilize this time to ask questions regarding lifestyle and diet habits to better understand the current state of your skin.

FREQUENTLY ASKED
All new clients are required to book a consultation prior to receiving any facial treatments. However, there is an option for you to receive a consultation and facial on the same day. Just make sure when booking an appointment, you choose the option where it says "New Client Consultation + Custom Facial".
Once you have booked an appointment, please log in or create an account in the patient portal to access any necessary information or paperwork that needs to be filled out prior to your appointment. If you are coming in for a New Client Consultation, please have a list of skincare product you use at home for the provider to review.
The cost for a treatment regimen will vary from person to person, however, the average cost ranges between $300-$1,500. Each individual's needs and budget will always be taken into consideration when curating a treatment plan. However, we will not shy away about being realistic when it comes to the product and/or services that it will take for you to reach a skin goal. We offer payment plans for this specific reason, so please come to your appointment open-minded so we can give you the best possible outcome.
Once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel/reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a charge of $50. If you no-show, you will be charged the full amount of the service cost.
